嘉宾介绍：池漫郊教授，加拿大麦吉尔大学访问教授，现就职于厦门大学法学院，曾在中国商务部条约法司工作，主要负责WTO、投资争端和政策制定，担任中国投资条约谈判代表团的成员；池教授的研究领域包括国际贸易及投资方面的法律与政策，国际争端解决，跨国销售和全球能源治理等，对国际法庭及国际商事仲裁模拟辩论有丰富的经验。

Prof. CHI’s research fields cover international trade and investment law and policy, international dispute settlement, transnational sales law and global energy governance. And he previously worked for the Department of Treaty and Law, Ministry of Commerce of China, mainly dealing with WTO and investment disputes and policy-making, and was a member of the Chinese Delegation for investment treaty negotiations.
